Canadian Magazine Mentions Saving Hope

Canadian Magazine “Broadcaster” mentions Saving Hope and confirm additional cast member for the production:

Following the announcement that Smallville’s Erica Durance is starring in another new pilot Saving Hope, CTV can now confirm additional cast members for the production. Joining Durance in the pilot are Michael Shanks (Smallville, Endgame), Daniel Gillies (The Vampire Diaries), Huse Madhavji (Combat Hospital, Star Dialy), Julia Taylor-Ross (Rookie Blue), and Kristopher Turner (Rookie Blue, The Listener).

A sexy, fast-paced drama set in a Toronto hospital and produced by acclaimed Gemini award-winning producers Ilana Frank and David Wellington (The Eleventh Hour, Of Murder and Memory) and written by Morwyn Brebner (Rookie Blue) and Malcolm MacRury (Lives of the Saints), production recently wrapped on the pilot in Toronto. David Wellington is also the director. In the high-stakes medical drama, whip-smart and beautiful Dr. Alex Reid (Durance) and the doctors at Hope-Zion heal patients while they struggle with life’s big questions — and with Hope-Zion’s diminishing resources.
