About

The past 19 months have been phenomenal. In April 2010 I decided to take my passion to a new level and created Durance Magazine a true homage to my favorite person (Erica Durance) and my favorite subjects Smallville/TV/Movies/Comics/Superman etc. Somehow it got people’s attention. The great reception along with the praise it received surprised me. I honestly didn’t expect it, but I am truly thankful for them; I found others who fell in love with my project and decided to jump on board with me. Some of them are not a part of the team anymore but are equally responsible for our growing.

In our July/2011 issue I said it was not the end, it’s the beginning of a new era for us. I was not kidding. This is a new and huge challenge. I love challenges, they motivate me to go further and suddenly I realized the impossible is indeed possible as long as you give it a try.

This website — DURANCE — is an offshot of everything we have done in the past 19 months with the digital magazine which now eventually expanded to cover all aspects of the Entertainment World from TV and Movies to Comics and Events and much much more. We are starting a new phase as an Entertainment site. A place for all your Entertainment needs.

I’m so proud of everything we have done so far and I’m so looking forward for us together to write the next chapter of this beautiful story.

SPECIAL THANKS: Erica Durance, without you this magazine and now website wouldn’t exist, thanks for being beyond amazing and for believing in me and my team, as I already told you I’ll stay loyal and committed to my goal of spreading/honoring the Durance name around the world.); Erica Durance’s Management Team for their incredible support and for believing we could handle the responsibility of somehow ‘carrying’ the name Durance;

NOTE: It is very important to state however, that although Erica Durance supports the creation of DURANCE MAGAZINE, the opinions expressed here are NOT endorsed by her or her team. Views and stories published here are the sole responsibility of its authors and editors, they do NOT represent Erica Durance’s personal opinions.
