As production continues forward on the fourth season ofArrested Development, it’s been interesting to see just who the cult hit comedy is attracting to either return or play brand new parts in the upcoming return. So far we know that theWorkaholics guys are locked for a guest spot, Ron Howard will be returning on-camera and even Mad Men actor John Slattery has joined in a recurring role that is currently top secret. With Judy Greer confirming her character of Kitty will be back earlier this week, now another favorite actor from the series’ past has also revealed that he will back once more to provide legal advice.

THR reports that Henry Winkler will be back in a recurring role once again as Barry Zuckerkorn, the Bluth family’s not-so-fantastic lawyer who is always a phone call away and not always great at dishing out words of wisdom.

Winkler has had a recurring role for every season of Arrested Development thus far and temporarily replaced by Scott Baio’s lawyer of Bob Lobaw. The actor revealed on his Twitter account earlier today that he was currently in the middle of a scene with Maeby Funke, but further details on exactly what his role will be going forward have not yet been revealed.

Arrested Development will be returning in the Spring of 2013 on Netflix with a run of at least 10 episodes. David Cross, who plays character Tobias Funke, recently stated that he believes the season will be extended to 13 episodes due to the massive amount of storytelling but this has yet to be confirmed.

And for those worried that they’ll watch the new episode too fast after a six year wait, Cross cautions that you’ll likely be getting more out of the latest installments upon multiple viewings. ”You’ll have to watch each episode more than once..It’s so layered. It’s really audacious and amazing. I think a lot of people will miss the work that is involved, the story, the Venn diagrams that are being created, the domino effect that characters have with each other in their various episodes. I know what he’s doing, and this has never been done on a TV show like this”.
