As Fast Six has moved into principal photography, there hasn’t been too much to showcase thus far for the upcoming sequel. We loosely know what to expect from the film thus far, but more is to be revealed up until the set release date next summer. With Dwayne Johnson on-set the actor has been known to be the source of revealing our first glimpses of previous features, with the star being the source for revealing the first image of G.I. Joe: Retaliation. Now, The Rock is at it again as he reveals the first set photo from Fast Six with his new-to-the-franchise co-star Gina Carano.

The picture from the actor’s Twitter doesn’t reveal much rather than that the two are wearing similar attire as she joins Johnson as a member of Hobbs’ team out to get our car-fueled cons.

The film will feature the returning crew of Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, Paul Walker, Tyrese Gibson and more returning to hop across the pond to Europe as they’re still on the run following their major heist in Rio. Also coming back in the picture is the revealed-to-be-alive Michelle Rodriguez, while Luke Evans will take center stage as the main villain and leader of a rival crew against our motley crew of anti-heroes.

Justin Lin is back in the director’s chair for the sixth installment of the franchise, while Chris Morgan has returned as screenwriter for his third straight film of the franchise. Fast Sixis scheduled to hit theaters on May 24th 2013.
