When it was revealed last month that Batman and a female Nightwing would be making their first appearance in Smallvillecanon starting in August, there were a number of fans who had great reason to squeal with excitement. During its 10 year run on television, Bruce Wayne and his superhero alter ego were one of the most requested characters to show up and yet it remained simply a dream. With a comic continuation making anything a possibility, Bryan Q. Miller has certainly made sure fans’ dreams could become a reality. Now continuing out look at the upcoming Batman arc, Miller has revealed today that the second print issue will seem to find Superman and Batman not exactly seeing eye to eye.
Miller printed the following cover on his blog today, along with the details below. What’s interesting to note is that while the first look of Batman featured a suit that certainly looked a bit odd, this one seems more like the Bat-costume many know and love. What tech gadget could the Dark Knight be using to punch his way through Clark? Perhaps the better question is just what leads them to trading blows in the first place?
