NBC has released some episode stills and episode description for Saving Hope’s episode “Contact” (1.02).

Erica Durance (Smallville), Michael Shanks (Stargate SG-1) and Daniel Gillies (The Vampire Diaries) will be back on our screens with “Saving Hope” a one-hour drama that explores the tension between the medical and the spiritual. ”

‘Contact’ (1.02)

Alex Reid (Erica Durance) treats a young boy with mysterious symptoms while dealing with the arrival of Charlie’s ex-wife. Elsewhere in the hospital, Joel Goran (Daniel Gillies) and Maggie Lin (Julia Taylor Ross) try to help a patient who refuses life-saving treatment on religious grounds.
