The set of ‘Saving Hope’ welcomed a special visitor today, the Minister of Canadian Heritage & Official Languages, Mr. James Moore. Thanks to the wonderful world of twitter, fans of ‘Saving Hope’ became aware of this after some tweets last night from Michael Shanks and this afternoon from both Mr. Shanks and Mr. Moore.
The Minister was kind enough two tweet two photographs of himself with both Michael Shanks and Erica Durance posing in the pictures with him. On twitter Mr. Moore praised Michael, Erica and the cast & crew, as well as the fact that ‘Saving Hope’ is a homegrown Canadian production for CTV, primed for international success on NBC.
Also in the twitterverse today, uber-successful Canadian actress/director/extraordinaire Amanda Tapping tweeted her special brand of praise for her former Stargate SG-1 team member’s new series, Saving Hope, sharing the link to the official trailer.
