Many think that the photos for the highly anticipated adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s The Host being released already is way too soon. The shots come nearly one year until the film’s release, and with plenty of fans waiting for it already, it seems way too early to start dishing out sneak peeks just yet. Now, Open Road Films has debuted yet another still from the upcoming film, which just entered production, and it features a new shot at heroine Saoirse Ronan.

Alien beings from another planet have invaded the earth and have begun to take over human’s bodies and minds. Melanie Stryder’s (Saoirse Ronan) body has been inhabited by one of the “souls” named Wanderer, but she refuses to fade away.

The Host, starring Ronan, Max Irons, Jake Abel, William Hurt, Diane Kruger, and directed by Andrew Niccol (In Time), will hit theaters on March 29th, 2013.
