>ABC has had a great year on television with new series.Revenge, Once Upon a Time, and more have all been great freshman hits, while mid-season replacements have been mixed. While their fates have yet to be determined, ABC is making sure that if they happen to bring back the shows, you’ll be able to see them as soon as you can, as the network has just announced you can own four first seasons on DVD.

ABC has revealed today that the first seasons of The River,GCB, Missing, and Scandal will be coming a lot sooner than we think. The River will hit shelves on May 22nd, while the other three series will all be released on June 12th. Each home video released is the first season of each show, and may even be the complete series due to whether or not ABC wants to renew them.

The sets are a considerable amount cheaper on Amazon than they’re own retail price, as each one is normally $40. The Amazon prices range anywhere from $22 to $27, a good chunk off the SRP.
