With James Bond’s latest adventure Skyfall still filming, you would think we would have seen a glimpse of Javier Bardem by now. Bardem’s casting was confirmed months ago, and yet his role remains highly mysterious. We know he won’t be playing the good guy to our world class spy, but what exactly his character even looks like has remained under wraps. Now, new set photos have revealed not only new looks at Daniel Craig, but the first look at Bardem’s character as well.

Obviously, Bardem’s character is in disguise, and this isn’t what he regularly looks like. However, what exactly he’s doing with a rough-looking Bond has yet to be determined. It should be interesting to see what information comes out from the unknown character in the near future.

Bardem and Craig are accompanied by Judi Dench, Naomie Harris, Berenice Marlohe, Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finney and Ben Whishaw, while Sam Mendes directs the next spy thriller.

In ‘Skyfall,’ Bond’s loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.

Skyfall will hit theaters on November 9th.
