Though there was confusion about whether or not we had received our first official look at James Bond in Skyfall earlier this month when he was just lounging by a pool, it seems it was too good to be true, as it wasn’t the first real look of the upcoming film. But fear not Bond fans, as Sony has teamed up with 007 to bring the first image of the film to life today. And quite honestly, he looks extremely gruff and a bit old.

In Skyfall, starring Daniel Craig, Judi Dench, Javier Bardem, Berenice Marlohe, Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finney, Naomie Harris, and Ben Whishaw, Bond’s loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.

The film, directed by Sam Mendes, will hit theaters on November 9th in the U.S., while hitting U.K. theaters earlier on October 26.
