Though we’re still a week away from the premiere, many can’t wait for Cougar Town to finally return. Thanks to the cancellation of Work It, the series will finally return as a Valentine’s Day treat, and though rumors of the series’ fate has put it definitely in a dire situation, it seems creator Bill Lawrence wants to give people a reason to watch the third season. So, the man behind the popular series decided to release a special video yesterday, and has put ten minutes of the upcoming third season together in a highlight reel for everyone to see, and you can watch it below:

Granted, a good amount of the plot may be spoiled in the ten minute video, but it’s definitely for the better. We get to see just where the show is headed, and just what kind of hilarity will ensue as we inevitably get to the end game of the season that will be ending in Jules and Grayson’s wedding.

We also get a glimpse at the guest stars of the season, such as Ken Jenkins returning as Jules’ father, Sarah Chalke playing Bobby’s new girlfriend, and a look at hilarious moments, like Travis in his frat while still showcasing his strong relationship with his mother.

At the core, the series is about this gang; how much they can make you laugh, feel, and generally has you touched. While the beginning is a bit rough, by the end of the ten minutes, you’re definitely laughing, and it feels like the good ol’ Cougar Town we know and love.

The series returns next Tuesday, February 14th, at 8:30PM on ABC.
