Bucky Barnes will show up in Storybrooke

With news of Captain America 2 hitting this morning, we move into tonight with news of one of the film’s actors. Now, we don’t quite know if he’ll be back for the sequel, but we do know one clear thing: he’ll be appearing alongside a cast of fairy tale characters. No, we’re not talking about the Marvel sequel. But, we are talking about the ABC hit drama Once Upon a Time.

TV Guide reports that Sebastian Stan, who impressed audiences as Bucky Barnes in last year’s Captain America: The First Avenger, will be guest starring in the series’ first season in an undisclosed role. Odds are Stan will be some kind of fairy tale character, but it’s uncertain just which one he’ll be playing in both fairy tale land and Storybrooke.

Stan joins a guest cast that so far includes Tim Phillipps, Emilie De Ravin, Alan Dale, Richard Schiff, and many more. The actor’s episode will air in either late March or early April.

Once Upon a Time airs every Sunday at 8PM on ABC.
