James Cameron and Paramount Debut ‘Titanic 3D’ Trailer

Yesterday, we revealed the poster for the upcoming 3D re-release of Titanic. So, you had to know that a trailer would be coming soon, right? In honor of hitting a remarkable 10 million Facebook fans, James Cameron and Paramount released the trailer today on the social networking site, with a special introduction by Cameron himself. You can see it (in 2D, of course) right below, with the embed thanks to The Film Stage (via Slashfilm):

Synopsis:

James Cameron’s Titanic is an epic, action-packed romance set against the ill-fated maiden voyage of the R.M.S. Titanic; the pride and joy of the White Star Line and, at the time, the largest moving object ever built. She was the most luxurious liner of her era — the “ship of dreams” — which ultimately carried over 1,500 people to their death in the ice cold waters of the North Atlantic in the early hours of April 15, 1912.

Titanic will hit theaters, and the iceberg, again in 3D on April 6th, 2012.

What did you think of the trailer? Let us know in the comments!
