Ever since her departure from One Tree Hill, Hilarie Burton has been one of the key females in USA’s White Collar. However, now, the actress will be returning to broadcast television in primetime as one of the upcoming guest stars in the fourth season of Castle.

TV Guide broke the news today, saying Burton’s character will be “a charismatic reality TV personality named Kay Cappuccio”, an alleged take on Kim Kardashian. The character “achieved significant fame and fortune without possessing any discernible skill or talent — she is famous mostly for being famous.”

“Her outspoken attitude, good looks and knockout body have made her a favorite of tabloids and gossip websites the world over. Kay both relishes this spotlight and at the same time feels a prisoner of her own celebrity lifestyle — the result is a woman who is more complex than she might at first seem.”

The episode, titled “An Embarassment of Bitches” will air sometime early next year.

Castle airs at 10PM every Monday only on ABC.
