Andrew Garfield Makes Surprise Appearance on ‘SNL’

Yes, it’s November, but that isn’t stopping Marvel from starting their promotion for next summer’s The Amazing Spider-Man. Emma Stone was on last night’s Saturday Night Live for her second outing as host, and while she lacked a film to promote, the writers decided to go for Spider-Man jokes for her monologue. However, a suit-clad Andy Samberg couldn’t prevent the other Andy (Garfield that is) from stepping on stage for a short appearance. See Stone’s monologue that opened up last night’s episode, which features a quick Garfield cameo right below, and let us know what you think in the comments.

The Amazing Spider-Man, directed by Marc Webb (500 Days of Summer), starring Garfield, Stone, Rhys Ifans, Dennis Leary, Martin Sheen, Sally Field, Chris Zylka, and more, will be released in 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D on July 3rd, 2012.
