Two weeks ago a fan asked us whether Erica Durance would be attending this year’s Teen Choice Awards or not. Her manager told us that she wasn’t confirmed as attending but there’d be a ‘slight possibility’.

Well, now we can share with you “why” she didn’t attend the event…

Erica Durance did not attend the Teen Choice Awards 2011 because she had to complete some post production work on “Gemelle” (Twins) an italian thriller where Erica plays twin sisters.

Also, good news for Erica Durance’s Italian fans… “Gemelle” has been chosen to premiere in the Italian Film and Television Festival in Rome this Fall.

Meanwhile Saving Hope still awaiting a more definitive network pick up notice but – as previously reported – there is plenty of praise for Erica’s performance.
